Unable to delete a Dispora connection

I have a connection from Diaspora which I am unable to delete. The page keeps on loading forever till it gives 500 error on pressing the delete button. I am getting the feeds from this channel but the connection shows the red minus sign.
How can I force delete it ? And what to see in the logs for the errors?

The Dispora connection has just changed the name few days ago.

I have this problem with only 2 connection. One dispora channel and other friendica help page. I am able to add and delete the other channels.

And one of my mastodon connection is always added as gnu social and all other mastodon as ActivityPub.

Edit: I was entering the username@domain.tld for mastodon which was being added as gnu social and was not working. When I added domain.tld/@username it was added as ActivityPub and is working now.

I can delete all other channels. Only atomjack@diasp.org ( Diaspora) and helpers@forum.friendi.ca (Friendica) can't be deleted.

Are you sure this behavior is not the default behavior for all other channels which you have not remotely accessed?

just another assumption:
to delete those 2 connections ( connections with a lot of posts...............................................) you need more memory.
Can you increase memory for hubzilla on your server/machine?

Hubzilla not just delete a connections but also all the posts of that connection.

I tired it, but its not working. I think I will need to remove it from the database. Can you tell me what should be removed in the database?

there are situations of page errors in hubzilla, sometimes the classic blank and empty page, where the main culprit is an "exhaustion" of memory, so it needs more memory, obviously only some issues, maybe your case is different.
You should turn on the LOG system, try deleting the contact, and post the result of the LOG to/for people like MIKE or other good devs and administrators.

I tried with 256M. I think its more then enough?

I have log enabled. Lets see if I can find some error in the logs.

Somebody else had a problem deleting connections recently, running out of memory. There's only one query that could cause a problem, where we check if a post was 'filed' by you, but apparently this can exhaust memory for connections who add lots of tags to their posts and sites that rarely or never expire their connection's posts. I don't know what to tell you except I've just done some work to improve the efficiency of that query (should land in Hubzilla dev in a couple of days). Otherwise raise memory as high as you can to delete the connection and then put it back to whatever you had it originally. You just need the process to survive this one tag query.
